TRIAL FACILITY RENTAL
as described on the Main Page. This facility was designed with trials in mind.
With 4 arenas, a round pen, a B-course open field
and stock pens for cows. this facility can HOST any ASCA, AKC or AHBA trial you have.
The ASCA Farm Trials held at Terry's place this weekend were a huge success!
We had cold, windy weather on
Saturday and a little dusting of snow on
Sunday morning - it was beautiful.
Terry's sheep were perfect for what we were doing - they went exactly where the
dog put them even though they were unfamiliar with a couple of obstacles...like
the bridge and a different trailer. (They now will load into a small box
trailer!<BG>) We've got to get Terry a couple of new gates so he can get
his stock trailers into the arenas....<BBG>
As always, you can't find a better host than Terry Kenney! He was so generous
with his time, energy and equipment. Whatever we needed he did his best to
supply - a new bridge, panels, generator, ATV's, a much appreciated fire pit,
stock help, loading and unloading, he even donated dog
food for our awards. I don't know that you could find a facility that
would ever be so helpful for a trial! Many, many thanks, Terry, for doing so
much to make it a wonderful success for our club and making my job as Course
Director a breeze. If ASCSC holds another working event, I'm sure it will be at
your place.
