ABOUT US
Terry
Kenney and Colleen Smead own the TopC Ranch together. The TopC Ranch is
home to the TASK Farms stockdog Training and Trialing facility. It is also
the future home of Terry and Colleen. Eventually they will be building
their home on this beautiful piece of property.
Terry
Kenney or as most folks around here call him "TK" is the owner
and trainer of Task Farms. Terry has been involved in herding for
over 18 years.
He
has competed at the highest level in AKC, AHBA and ASCA and has competed in the
USBCHA trials at the Pro-novice level. Terry's Bandit went to the Nursery
finals and finished in the top 50 in 1998. Alice Hengst was handling him
at that time.
Terry’s
Elley (AKC's first Dual Champion Border Collie) & Bandit were both triple
herding champions and AKC conformation champions. Bonniedune's Front Paige
News (direct daughter of Bandit)is also a 3rd generation Dual Champion.
He
is also a licensed AKC judge and travels to events though out the year.
Terry
also finds time to trial, run his dogs and clients dogs as well.
His hobby's include riding horses,
Back country High Sierra horse and mule trips and occasionally he still finds
time on the weekends to take in a ride or
go on planned group trial rides.

Terry takes time out of his busy day to forgive Joe Williams for making a mistake while working at the farm, and gives him inspiration to work harder.
